The Beroependagen is an annual event organized jointly by the Financial Study association Amsterdam (FSA) and the Association of Students Actuarial Sciences, Econometrics and Operational Research (VSAE). Here you can read some more information about the event itself, the location and the committee that organizes this event.
For the second time, the Beroependagen will take place at the Royal Tropical Institute, or in Dutch the KIT (Koninklijk Instituut voor de Tropen).
The KIT is established in the centre of Amsterdam and offers students and companies a prestigious environment to get in touch with each other.
The KIT is located very close to the University of Amsterdam (Roeterseiland).
Furthermore, the KIT is easily accessed through public transportation. It is close to both Amsterdam Central station and Amstel Station. In case you are a partner of the Beroependagen and you wish to arrive by car, please contact the committee so they can arrange a parking place for you.
The KIT was founded in 1910 by businesses and government as the national center of expertise for the study of the Tropics. KIT is a non-profit association with members from the public, private and non-profit sectors and individuals. KIT’s mission is to enhance the positive impact of agencies, governments and corporations on sustainable development in low- and middle-income countries.
